<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin anti-electrostatic component having high mechanical strength and superior electric characteristics and superior quality. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-electrostatic component comprises a ceramic insulation board 15, a varistor 10 composed of a varistor layer 14 baked into an integrated layer on the ceramic insulation board, inner electrodes 11a, 11b and via-conductors 13a, 13b, and at least one pair of outer electrodes 12a, 12b provided on the outer surface of the varistor 10. It has at least one pair of inner electrodes 11a, 11b opposed across the varistor layer 14 and the outer electrodes 12a, 12b and the inner electrodes 11a, 11b are electrically connected with the via-conductors 13a, 13b, respectively. The anti-electrostatic component is a thin type one having high mechanical strength, and is superior in actual practice with a varistor reduced in the variation of electric characteristics and also superior in characteristics and quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
