A shock absorbing material applying an electric current from the upside to a lower side and using a conductive coating material and a manufacturing method are provided to secure excellent electric conductivity and EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference) shielding efficiency and to prevent burrs in coating a conductive fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a mesh fabric with the shock absorbing material by electroless plating. The EMI shock absorbing material applying an electric current from the upside to a lower side is composed of a sheet comprising a sponge layer(20), a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) film layer(30) laminated on one side of the sponge layer, and a metal layer vacuum-deposited on the other side of the sponge layer; a perforated clearance(60) formed to apply an electric current to the sheet from the upside to a lower side; and conductive slurry coating layers(10,50) formed at the upper and lower sides of the sheet by filling the perforated clearance of the sheet with a water high-conductive coating material by coating the sheet with the water high-conductive coating material.
