An exhaust filter cover of a vacuum cleaner is provided to open an exhaust filter installation part by selectively turning the exhaust filter cover, to improve convenience by replacing an exhaust filter with sliding an operation unit downward, and to prevent breakage and loss of the exhaust filter cover by replacing the exhaust filter without the additional storage place. An exhaust filter cover includes a cover body(620) for guiding discharge of air out of a vacuum cleaner and selectively shielding an exhaust filter installation part(260), a restricting unit(640) slidably installed to the cover body and selectively interfered with the exhaust filter installation part so as to regulate movement of the cover body, and a turning guide part(660) protruded in the cover body and inserted to the exhaust filter installation part to guide turn of the cover body. A guide hook is protruded in the cover body so as to slide the restricting unit in state that displacement from the cover body is regulated, and an interference piece(626) is spaced from the guide hook to regulate the sliding range of the restricting unit. A rectangular penetration hole is formed to protrude and operate the restricting unit.
