A power supply circuit of a microwave oven is provided to prevent accidents in advance by not switching on two relays simultaneously. A power supply circuit of a microwave oven includes a micro controller(110), at least two power relays(140,150), and a three-terminal relay(120). The micro controller(110) detects applied power and transmits a predetermined signal. At least two power relays(140,150) are switched on/off by receiving the signal of the micro controller(110). The three-terminal relay(120) is connected to the micro controller(110) and is switched according to the voltage level applied inside the circuit. The three-terminal(120) includes a three-terminal so as to be switched differently according to the applied voltage level.
