A display device, and a driving apparatus and an integrated circuit for the same are provided to increase freedom in design of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by reducing the size of a positive reference gradation voltage generator. A display device includes plural pixels, a positive reference gradation voltage generator(800), and a data driver. The positive reference gradation voltage generator generates plural positive reference gradation voltages. The data driver generates plural negative reference gradation voltages(510) based on the positive reference gradation voltages, and generates the positive and negative gradation voltages by using the positive and negative reference gradation voltages, respectively. The data driver selects a gradation voltage corresponding to an input image signal and applies the selected gradation voltage to the pixel.
