APPARATUS FOR MEASURING STRAIGHT, PERPENDICULAR AND INTERVAL OF LONGI AND METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus for measuring straightness, perpendicularity and interval of Longi and a method thereof are provided to reduce an error and re-cut ration of a slit hole by measuring the straightness, perpendicularity and interval. An apparatus for measuring straightness, perpendicularity and interval of Longi includes a first displacement sensor(122), a second displacement sensor(124), a third displacement sensor(126), and a server. The first displacement sensor horizontally moves along a lower part of the Longi to measure a distance from the Longi. The second displacement sensor is spaced apart from an upper end of the first displacement sensor to measure a distance from the Longi. The third displacement sensor is disposed on a lateral axis of a running direction of the first displacement sensor to measure a distance from the opposite Longi. The server calculates straightness, perpendicularity and interval of the Longi and compares and analyzes the values with predetermined reference values.
