<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord processing apparatus for improving qualities of dipping cord: and to provide a production method. <P>SOLUTION: In the cord processing apparatus equipped with a dipping means for coating a cord linearly conveyed with a dipping liquid and a squeezing means for nipping the cord from the dipping means by a nip part, applying a pressure to the cord and squeezing the dipping liquid, the processing apparatus is equipped with a position change means for gradually changing the position of the conveyed cord for the nip part of the squeezing means. The squeezing means nips the cord by the nip part between a first roll and a second roll and pressurizes the cord, and the position change means moves the cord in the direction parallel to the nip part between the first roll and the second roll attached to the squeezing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
