ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to have a reduced defective rate by reducing a fine metal mask work progress count. CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises a plurality of pixels(120, 130, 140). A first electrode part comprises first electrodes(121, 131, 141), a first counter electrode(122), and first electrode protection units(132, 142). A first electrode is formed on each pixel of the substrate. The first supplementary electrode covers the upper front surface of one or more first electrodes. The first electrode protection unit is formed on the edge of a first electrode without having a first supplementary electrode.
