<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of fuel cell electrolyte resin capable of judging whether the electrolyte resin is hardly absorbed by catalyst equipped to a fuel cell, as well as a manufacturing method of a fuel cell including a process by the inspection method. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection method of the fuel cell electrolyte resin includes an electrolyte film making process for coating solution of electrolyte resin on a catalyst metal plate 1 and drying it to make an electrolyte film 2 on the catalyst metal plate 1, and a scratch hardness testing process of carrying out scratching hardness test on the electrolyte film 2 after the electrolyte film making process. The electrolyte resin of the electrolyte film 2 exfoliated from the catalyst metal plate 1 in the scratching hardness test is judged to be one suited for the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
