A hermetic container is provided to prevent contamination of article without the degradation of sealing by uniformly sealing the inner circumference of the aperture of the enclosure body. The sealing element(20) is interposed between the fitting element(11) inserted with the aperture of the fitted element(9) and to be elastically transformable to the sealing element in order to prevent the cracking from outside and leak from inside. The sealing element comprises the endless portion(21), and the availability protrusion(22) and fitting means(23). The availability protrusion is approximately protruded to outside from the circumference of the endless portion. The fitting means comprises the notch or the protrusion formed among the surface and rear side of the endless portion.
