<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high data density optical recording medium in a reading method and a reading device from an optical recording medium and a method for mastering such the optical recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the high data density optical recording medium (20). There are further provided the method and the apparatus for reading from the optical recording medium (20), and the method for mastering the optical recording medium (20).
