PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece capable of preventing short circuit at the time of mounting incident to compaction.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece 3 includes a pair of vibration arms 31, 32 arranged side by side, a proximal part 33 interconnecting the proximal ends 31b, 32b of the pair of vibration arms 31, 32, a support arm 34 extending in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the pair of vibration arms 31, 32, and connecting the proximal end to the proximal part 33, and a pair of mount electrodes 53, 54 arranged on the mount surface 34a of the support arm 34 while spaced apart in the Y direction. The support arm 34 has taper surfaces 38a, 39a inclining for the thickness direction of the support arm 34, in an area corresponding between the pair of mount electrodes 53, 54 in the side face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
