PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand power control device capable of suppressing reduction in convenience of a power user to a minimum while accurately suppressing demand power.SOLUTION: A system controller 17 comprises: a storage part 171 for storing for each electrical appliance 40 a relation between supply power of each electrical appliance 40 and an effective value that is an index value indicating a degree of presenting a function required to each electrical appliance 40 relatively to the supply power; a target effective value setting part 172 by which, if a total amount of power supplied to the electrical appliances 40 exceeds a predetermined threshold, based on the threshold, a target effective value is set in such a manner that the effective values of the electrical appliances 40 become equal; a supply power setting part 173 for determining target supply power for each electrical appliance 40 in such a manner that the effective value of each electrical appliance 40 becomes smaller than or equal to the target effective value, based on the relation between the supply power and the effective value of each electrical appliance 40; and a watthour meter/power controller 175 for regulating power to be supplied to each electrical appliance 40 in such a manner that the power is matched with the target supply power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
