The present invention relates to a satellite dynamics simulator and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the device includes: a posture control sensor modeling unit; a sensor input/output unit which receives input of the output value of a posture control sensor from the posture control sensor modeling unit, processes the value through software, and outputs the result; a flight software unit which determines the posture of a satellite based on the outputted value of the posture control sensor and outputs a posture control command of a driver; a driver input/output unit which receives input of the outputted posture control command of the driver, processes the value through software, and outputs the result; a driver modeling unit which receives input of the outputted posture control command of the driver and outputs an output value of the driver corresponding to the posture control command of the driver; and a posture control modeling unit which outputs the posture of the satellite and simulation data based on the outputted value of the driver. The posture control sensor modeling unit outputs the output value of the posture control sensor corresponding to the outputted posture of the satellite and the simulation data. According to the present invention, by mounting flight software onto the satellite dynamics simulator, the present invention can examine the closed loop before the integrated testing of the posture control of the satellite by itself. |
