An objective of the present invention is to provide an IC card authenticity determination system, etc., whereby it is possible to reliably assess a counterfeit IC card which is fabricated by extracting an IC chip from an authentic IC card, without impairing the degree of freedom of a design of a card. Provided is an IC card authenticity determination system comprising: a read-in part which reads, from an IC card surface, image information on the basis of a random pattern inherent in the card; an extraction unit which extracts a feature value from the image information as feature information; an acquisition unit which acquires, from an IC chip of the IC card, identifying information of the IC card; a generation unit which generates collated information by associating the feature information with the identifying information; a storage unit which stores the collated information as comparison collated information in advance; and a determination unit which, by comparing the collated information which is acquired from the IC card and generated to the comparison collated information which is stored in the storage unit, determines whether the collated information is the same as the comparison collated information. |
