PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed signal restoring device capable of restoring an original signal more accurately than before.SOLUTION: A decoding unit inputs a signal y=Ψxobtained by compressing, with a predetermined observation matrix Ψ, an observation signal xof an i-th sensor, which is represented as x=z+zby a common signal zwhich is a common portion of the signal observed by the i-th sensor, and a signal zwhich is a remaining signal excluding the common signal z, and obtains an observation signal xat which an expression (9) is the smallest under constraint conditions of expressions (10)-(13), and outputs it as a restoration signal of an original signal. |
