<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel transmission module in which crosstalk is reduced between transmission lines of the adjacent channels. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical module 30, a plurality of transmission lines TL1, TL5, TL6 have lines 71a-76a in the uppermost layer extending from one end by short distance, which are provided in a conductor layer m1 in the uppermost layer, and electrically connected to a driver IC 32. One of the adjacent transmission lines is connected to the lines 73a, 74a in the uppermost layer through via conductors v3, v4, and has lines 73b, 74b in a central section formed in a third conductor layer (first conductor layer). The other is connected to the lines 75a, 76a in the uppermost layer through via conductors v5, v6, and have lines 75b, 76b in a central section formed in a second conductor layer different from the first conductor layer. Length by which lines in the uppermost layer of the two adjacent channels approaches is short.
