PURPOSE: A transceiving device and an optical communication system with the same are provided to enable first and second transceiving devices to transceive data through one cable. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting terminal(TP-A) transmits a first signal to an external optical cable. The transmission terminal receives a second signal from the optical cable. A receiving terminal(RX-A) transmits the second signal to a main system. A transceiving body(100a) is connected to the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal. The transceiving body transmits the first signal applied from the transmitting terminal to the transmitting terminal. The transceiving body transmits the second signal applied from the transmitting terminal to the receiving terminal.
