PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module that can suppress cross-talk and improve workability of soldering.SOLUTION: An optical module has a substrate and plural terminals. The substrate has a first planar portion, a second planar portion, a first land and a second land. The first planar portion has plural first through-holes in which the plural terminals are respectively inserted. The second planar portion faces the first planar portion in connection with fold-back of the substrate, and has plural second through-holes in which the plural terminals are respectively inserted. The first land is formed around some first through-holes of the plural first through-holes on the first planar plane potion, and connected to some terminals inserted in some first through-holes of the plural terminals. The second land is formed around some second through-holes on the second planar portion in which the other terminals which are not connected to the first land out of the plural second through-holes are inserted, and connected to the other terminals inserted in the some second through-holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1D |
