PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcription-degree calculation system, a transcription-degree calculation method, and a transcription-degree calculation program for calculating a transcription degree at a time of user's handwriting on the basis of user handwriting stroke data.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a transcription-degree calculation method comprises: an acquisitions step of acquiring stroke data indicating coordinates and time of user's handwriting strokes; and a calculation step of calculating a transcription degree of the handwriting strokes on the basis of a frequency distribution of feature quantities of the stroke data acquired in the acquisition step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
