The present invention relates to a restricted vehicle detecting system for a road traffic safety service. The system comprises: an inter-axis measurement device measuring a distance between axes and separating an axis group based on inter-axis distance information by making the whole image of a vehicle by combining partial images of the vehicle by detecting the vehicle, entering an axial load weighing area or coming out from the area, through a photographing part of a camera around an axis; an axial load weighing system determining truck information about overloading by measuring the weight of the vehicle by axis through an axial load weighing pad, installed on a road, based on the inter-axis distance information of the vehicle, measured by the inter-axis measurement device; a control server displaying relevant information by receiving the truck information about overloading, transmitted from the axial load weighing system, transmitting overloaded vehicle information to neighboring vehicles, or storing an image used for cheating about the measurement of the distance between the axes; and a driving device receiving the overloaded vehicle information, transmitted to the control server through V2V communication, or transmitting the overloaded vehicle information to a roadside infrastructure through V2I communication. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing overloading by restricting overloaded vehicles by axis group by measuring a distance between axes and separating the axis group by making the whole image of a vehicle by combining partial images of the vehicle through one single camera, and providing a position sharing and alarm service for a dangerous overloaded truck by using communication between passing vehicles. |
