PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tetraalkylammonium salt solution by absorbing a tetraalkylammonium ion to a cation exchange resin from a solution containing the tetraalkylammonium ion such as an image development waste fluid and collecting it as high concentration tetraalkylammonium salt.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a high concentration tetraalkylammonium salt solution by adsorbing a solution containing tetraalkylammonium hydroxide to a hydrogen ion type action exchange resin with volume swelling rate of 1.2 times of less, passing an acid solution with hydrogen ion concentration of 4 to 6 mol/l as an eluent, separating and collecting an effluent by a value of conductance of the obtained effluent and collecting the high concentration tetraalkylammonium salt solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
