A planar light-emitting module (100) is provided with a sealing sheet (21) having an aperture (21L), a sealing sheet (22), a planar light-emitting element (10) that is sealed by the sealing sheets (21, 22), and a wiring member (30) disposed between the sealing sheets (21, 22). The wiring member (30) includes: an electrode (33) having an exposure section (33L) that is disposed so as to be exposable through the aperture (21L) of the sealing sheet (21); and a protective film (34) having an aperture (34L) corresponding to the exposure section (33L). The edge portion forming the aperture (21L) in the sealing sheet (21) is positioned outward of the aperture (34L), and above a portion of the surface of the protective film (34) having a flat shape. In the planar light-emitting module (100), reduction in sealing performance caused by the presence of the wiring member can be suppressed. |
