FIBER BY USING SPRAY COATING AND UV STIFFENING AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fabric and a manufacturing method thereof using a spray coating method and a UV curing method are provided to obtain flame resistance fabric with a low warp and weft shrinkage rate by forming a flame resistance layer through UV irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A flame resistance processing solution is made of a flame resistance agent, a reaction diluent, a photo-initiator, and a dispersing agent. The flame resistance processing solution is made by mixing the UV curable flame resistance agent of 20 to 40 weight, the reaction diluent of 30 to 70 weight, a crosslinker of 1 to 7 weight, the photo-initiator of 1 to 5 weight, and the dispersing agent of 0.1 to 0.5 weight. The flame resistance processing solution is sprayed and coated on the fabric. The spray coated fabric is dried with a UV lamp. The dried fabric is cured by the UV curing unit.
