This ventilation fan is equipped with: a first electronic component and a second electronic component which are mounted to the back surface 14a of a flange; a third electronic component which is mounted to the back surface 14a of the flange and has a contour having a pawl portion; an internal wire 32a which is installed on the back surface 14a of the flange and connects between the first electronic component and the second electronic component; and a holding portion 2c which is equipped with a first rib 2d and a second rib 2e and holds the internal wire 32a between the lower surface of the second rib 2e and the back surface of the flange, the first rib 2d being provided so as to be perpendicular to the back surface 14a of the flange and protrude from the back surface 14a of the flange, the second rib 2e being provided in a direction parallel to the plane direction of the back surface 14a of the flange or in a manner protruding toward the back surface 14a of the flange from the side surface of the first rib 2d. The holding portion 2c is equipped with a mounting hole 2f for mounting the pawl portion which is in a region of the first rib 2d above the second rib 2e. The pawl portion is inserted into the mounting hole 2f in order to hold the third electronic component.
