Disclosed is a centralized control system for multiple electrical motor drives, comprising a plurality of independent electrical motor drive modules, a power supply module, an interface control microprocessor, a communication module, and a plurality of interface modules of electrical motors, wherein the power supply module supplies power to various circuits, each of the independent electrical motor drive modules drives one PM electrical motor, and each electrical motor drive module comprises an electrical motor microprocessor, an inverter circuit, and a phase current detection circuit; a plurality of electrical motor microprocessors communicate with the interface control microprocessor via a data bus (DATABUS); the interface control microprocessor communicates with the outside via the communication module; and the interface control microprocessor is connected to one end of the plurality of interface modules of electrical motors, the other end of the plurality of interface modules of electrical motors is connected to and communicates with a control circuit board of an electrical device, and the control circuit board of the electrical device controls, by means of one interface module of an electrical motor, the driving of the one PM electrical motor by one independent electrical motor drive module. The circuit structure thereof is more reasonable, the manufacturing cost is lower, and the system works more stably. |
