The present invention provides an image processing system with which it is possible to determine the behavior of a person by a method different from those conventionally used. An image processing system (300) with which it is possible to determine the behavior of a person is provided with: a boundary acceptance unit (240) for accepting the setting of a boundary between a region in a setting image (30) obtained by photographing a bed, said region including the bed, and other regions; a person detection unit (120) for detecting a person region in an input image obtained by photographing the bed from the same viewpoint as in the setting image (30); and a determination unit (140) for determining the behavior of a person on the basis of the manner in which the boundary and the person overlap in the input image.
