A color steel plate and a method for manufacturing a color steel plate, according to the present invention, are disclosed. The method for manufacturing a color steel plate, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: forming a predetermined pattern on the upper surface of a metal substrate; supplying a water-soluble abrasive to the metal substrate and simultaneously polishing the upper surface of the metal substrate having the pattern formed thereon; forming a hairline pattern by sanding the surface of the metal substrate; removing moisture on the metal substrate; a step of coating a metal thin film with a predetermined color, or an amorphous viscoelastic glass film, on the metal substrate; and forming a coating layer by coating a PCM paint on the dried hairline pattern. |
