PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effective and appropriate decontamination treatment for safely and effectively decontaminating contaminated concrete debris contaminated with radioactive materials, and an apparatus for the same.SOLUTION: A decontamination treatment method of the present invention agitates contaminated concrete debris 1 to be decontaminated in a closed container 2 and applies grinding and kneading to it to grind surface layers of the contaminated concrete debris, and collects ground powder produced by grinding and kneading by vacuuming it up from the closed container. A decontamination treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises: the closed container 2 for housing the contaminated concrete debris 1; an agitation device 6 for agitating the contaminated concrete debris in the closed container and applying grinding and kneading to it; and a vacuuming device for vacuuming up the ground powder produced in the closed container to collect it. |
