PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous manufacturing method of a stable and light- weight foamed mortar or a quick setting foamed mortar, and a quick setting execution method using it, which can be applied to a continuous execution for a long period of time, a large quantity execution, an execution to a structure where a side pressure is applied, and an execution to a place where water exists. SOLUTION: For this continuous manufacturing method for a quick setting foamed mortar, a mortar and a fluid substance containing air bubbles are separately fed, and continuously mixed in a line mixer to obtain a foamed mortar, and also, this foamed mortar and a suspension containing a cement quick setting material, are separately fed, and joined and mixed. In the quick setting execution method, the foaming mortar and the suspension containing the cement quick setting material are separately fed, and are executed while joining and mixing them. Also, air is fed in the middle of a pipe to feed the suspension containing the cement quick setting material. |
