PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively drain excess water at concrete hardening time of an underground wall body, spring water and leakage water after hardening by arranging a waterproof sheet on a concrete placing side surface of a synthetic resin foaming board, and arranging a water introducing layer and water permeable nonwoven fabric on the waterproof sheet via an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A water introducing layer 4 is arranged on a waterproof sheet 3 on a concrete placing side surface via an adhesive layer 5, and water permeable nonwoven fabric 2 is arranged on the waterproof sheet via an adhesive layer 6. Excess water, spring water and leakage water are collected by the water permeable nonwoven fabric 2, permeate into the nonwoven fabric, flow in a water introducing passage 8, and can be efficiently introduced below a form. When an embossed body is hollow, a heat insulating space 9 adjacent to the water introducing passage 8 has a heat insulating effect, and becomes effective in preventing condersate from an outer wall by a synergistic effect with heat insulating performance of a synthetic resin material. Thus, dewing from an underground outer wall can be prevented, an execution work cost can be reduced, and excess water at concrete hardening time, spring water and leakage water after hardening can be effectively drained.
