PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by reliably and quickly screwing and connecting between the vertical section of a support plate section and the restraint plate of a prostrate L-shape in a snow guard fitting tool serving as a means for suspending the long prostrate L-shape executed on a roof in a snowy district in the right/left horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A suppression plate is arranged behind the horizontal section and a vertical section 5 of a prostrate L-shape to be fitted to a support plate section 6 formed at the other end section of a base 1 in this snow guard fitting tool. An angular section provided between the head section and screw shaft 9 of a male screw 8 is fitted into an angular hole 7 provided at the lower end of the vertical section 5 of the support plate section 6, the nearly U-shaped section 12 of a washer 11 is inserted and engaged with the valley of the screw shaft 9 via insertion guide sections both right and left ends of its inlet section from the lateral direction in contact with the angular hole 7 fitted in the angular section to fix the male screw 8, and the screw shaft 9 of the male screw 8 is inserted into the long hole of the suppression plate to screw and fasten a female screw 21.
