FORM WITH VIBRATION CONTROL FUNCTION, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FOUNDATION USING THE FORM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form and a construction method for a foundation using the form reducing a great deal of time and labor and manufacturing cost heretofore required due to individual construction by using a vibration control member with a vibration control function as the form used for the formation of an underground wall when imparting a vibration control function to the underground wall constituting the foundation of a building. SOLUTION: A form 10 is composed of an outer form 12 composed of a vibration control member 16 comprising elastic bodies 20, an inner form 14 opposedly disposed being spaced by a specified dimension from the outer form 12, and support members 24 with embedded parts 25 embedded in the vibration control member 16 and with fitting parts 26 on the other side fastened and fixed to the inner form 14 to support the outer form 12 and inner form 14.
