PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn end recovery device capable of sucking a yarn end occurring in a textile machine, especially a weaving machine accumulating only the yarn end in a recovery part and taking out the yarn end accumulated in the recovery part while continuing the sucking action of the yarn end even during the operation of the textile machine. SOLUTION: In this yarn end recovery device 60 equipped with a container 61 for taking in a yarn end together with an air flow, a suction hole 62 which is attached to the container 61 and sucks the taken in yarn end together with air flow, a discharge port 63 which is attached to the container 61 and is connected to a suction means 29 so as to set the interior of the container in a negative pressure state and a recovery box 64 which is positioned below the suction hole 62 and the discharge port 63 and can drop the yarn end flowing in from the suction hole 62 accumulate the yarn end and take out the end yarn from the container 61 the container 61 is provided with a shielding member 70 which is installed higher than the recovery box 64 and can separate a space of the container holding the suction hole 62 and the discharge port 63 n from the recovery box 64 while keeping the space in an airtight state.
