PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank device on which a heat-insulating member can be installed so as not to form a void. SOLUTION: Since retaining sections 1 are projected in thickness slightly smaller than the thickness of a heat-insulating member 2, the heat-insulating member can be mounted so as to be fast stuck and pushed against the tank device 4 for stool water supply, and can be set up without forming a void between the tank device 4 for stool water supply and the heat-insulating member 2. Thus, the performance of the heat-insulating member 2 can be displayed sufficiently, and heat-insulating efficiency can be improved.
