PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retarded polycarbonate resin composition having an excellent impact resistance, weather resistance, heat stability, processibility, etc. SOLUTION: A frame-retarded polycarbonate resin composition is prepared by blending 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. organic sulfonic acid metal salt against 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin comprising 10 to 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycrbonate resin which is prepared through a melting method and has a structural viscosity index N of 1.1 or larger and 90 to 0 pts.wt. straight chain aromatic polycarbonate resin. Here, this flame-retarded polycarbonate resin composition has a structural viscosity index N (N value) of 1.05 or larger, and its relationship with the flow value Q measured by a Koka-type flow tester satisfies the formula: N>=0.027Q+0.831.
