PROCESS FOR PREPARING POLYSACCHARIDES FROM SCHIZOPHYLLUM COMMUNE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing polysaccharide derived from Schizophyllum commune Fr. is provided to reduce preparation cost and to produce the Schizophyllum commune Fr.-derived polysaccharide in high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Schizophyllum commune Fr.-derived polysaccharide comprises: a step of inoculating Schizophyllum commune Fr. mycelium to liquid medium containing CSL(corn steep liquor) as a nitrogen source and culturing massively; a step of performing hot water extraction of the culture medium; and a step of performing diafiltration or ultrafiltration. The liquid medium containing CSL is GCT or CCT medium. A functional soap or cosmetic product contains the Schizophyllum commune Fr.-derived polysaccharide as an active ingredient. The functional cosmetic product is a functional skin, lotion, or mask pack.
