The hydraulic fluid compensating vessel has a reservoir (10) for hydraulic fluid, a cap element (40) for the closing and the opening of the reservoir, and a locking element (30) constructed in such a way that in a locked position it secures the cap element on the reservoir through positive locking at least in one rotational direction. The locking element in the locked position allows a rotation between the reservoir and cap element in a direction opposite to the rotational direction in which the locking element secures the cap on the reservoir. An independent claim is included for a use of a hydraulic fluid compensating vessel which is in a hydraulic brake system or hydraulic clutch system. |
