PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating structure of electronic equipment capable of enahancing heat radiating efficiency while making good use of a natural texture of wood used for an exterior material. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 having a heat radiating structure with its exterior materials 2, 3 formed of compressed wood has a part of a metallic heat radiating frame 20 provided in its inside so as to be exteriorly exposed.
