PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer capable of realizing a simple layout easily when a series resonance circuit or a two cycle synthesizer is formed. SOLUTION: The transformer 30 comprises a primary coil 32 wound in coil-shape, and a stripe secondary coil 40 surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the primary coil 32. The secondary coil 40 is a stripe coil surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the primary coil 32 and divided into two parts which are not connected electrically with each other. The secondary coil 40 comprises a first part secondary coil 50 surrounding one half of the outer circumferential surface of the primary coil 32 and a second part secondary coil 60 surrounding one half of the outer circumferential surface of the primary coil 32 on the opposite side.
