The actuator has a converging lens (10) for creating an optical focus (11) of a light beam, and rotating mirrors (12, 13), interposed between the lens and the optical focus, to deviate the beam in an oscillating manner. Lens (14) interposed between the optical focus and a target (C) with constant surface, transforms the optical focus into a collimated beam directed on the target.
