The cam (6) has a manual drive shaft (7) and an off-centered revolution part (10), and is supported on a floor beam (5) of a wall bracket or ladder cleat (1). The part stops in a point on a hollow shaft (11) of a clevis (9), when in clamping position to indicate to user that post supports are blocked on the beam. The shaft is lifted to disengage the revolution part from the point to permit the support to move on the beam.
