<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications system, based on IP technology equipped with a synchronized media gateway, and to provide a method for synchronizing a media gateway in the communications system based on IP technology. <P>SOLUTION: The communication system, based on IP technology, equipped with a primary media gateway (1), at least one secondary media gateway (2, 3) is synchronized with the primary media gateway, and two or more radio base stations (4-10). In each secondary media gateway, at least one radio base station (5, 9) connected to it, reproduces a system clock, and has a device for making it synchronize with the transmission of radio base stations (5, 9), in order to transmit it to connected secondary media gateway with outgoing of another radio base stations (4, 8). Moreover, each secondary media gateway receives a reproduced clock and prepares at least one connection for the radio base stations (5, 9), which can be used for the control of the internal clock of the secondary media gateway. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
