FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out visual and palpatory determining anatomic reference points positions from lumbosacral to cervical vertebral column segment. Disorders being detected, they are gradually removed by applying manual treatment and physiotherapy exercises all over the whole vertebral column length. Disorders elimination is proved in repeated examinations and the vertebral column segment is not treated any more. The shorter leg is elongated by means of orthopedic linings. Hirudotherapy is applied to achieve relaxation of the muscular-ligamental apparatus of the vertebral column, before treating lumbosacral, thoracic and cervical segments of the vertebral column, and also on each session after carrying out physiotherapy exercises, to improve blood supply and tissue metabolism. Leech exposure time is selected so that full satiation is achieved. Lumbar and thoracic segments of the vertebral column are stretched. Muscles tone is determined by applying palpation in horizontal patient position. Muscles in hypo- and hypertrophy condition are sequentially found at the level of lumbosacral, thoracic and cervical vertebral column segments. Physiotherapy exercises are carried out for each vertebral column segment, to smooth muscle tone unbalance. Muscle tone condition is controlled during repeated examinations on each session. Its smooth behavior being achieved, medical training exercises are stopped. To detect anatomic reference points disorders, the patient is transferred into vertical position, orthopedic lining is set under the shorter leg, to make alignment of anatomic reference points. The patient carries orthopedic lining day and night. Manual therapy and physiotherapy exercises are administered without taking off the fitted orthopedic lining. Lining height is adjusted if necessary, when carrying out repeated examinations. The medical treatment sessions are given every other day. Examinations are done every month for correcting physiotherapy exercises which is prescribed for 1 year long period.
