A method of constituting a high pressure liquefied hydrogen gas is provided to reduce the volume of a high pressure liquefied hydrogen gas by minute pressure so that the high pressure liquefied hydrogen gas is stably stored. A plurality of hoses each having a plurality of minute holes are wound so that a valve is provided on each of the both ends of the wound hose to easily inject and discharge a high pressure liquefied hydrogen gas. Highly elastic rubber is filled within the surface of the hose. Thus, the hose is capable of being freely cut off according to the size of a vessel.
