PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiological sample analyzing method which easily alters an animal kind even after the completion of analysis and suppresses wasteful consumption of a physiological sample at the time of re-analysis, and also to provide a physiological sample analyzer. SOLUTION: After a measuring animal kind is set and the analysis thereof is completed, the measuring animal kind is altered by selecting alteration buttons 71a and 71b, and a re-analyzing button 72 is selected to perform re-analyzing treatment. In the re-analyzing treatment, the measuring data acquired by the previous analysis is used, and the analyzing condition corresponding to the measuring animal kind after alteration is used.
