A charger having a radiating device is provided to obtain an advertisement effect by printing a logo or an advertisement of a predetermined business enterprise on a front surface of the radiating device. A charger having a radiating device includes a body(20), a cover(40), an advertisement output unit(50), a radiating unit, a charging display unit(70), and a connector connecting unit. The body(20) has a depressing unit, a first box unit, and a second box unit. The depressing unit is formed by sinking a front end part of the body(20). A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is mounted on the first box unit. A battery(11) is attached to the second box unit. The cover(40) is coupled with one end part of the body(20) to rotate and separates the second box unit from an external environment. The advertisement output unit(50) is formed on a front end part of the depressing unit. The radiating unit is installed on the depressing unit to be radiated. The charging display unit(70) is exposed to a top part of the cover(40). The connector connecting unit connects a connector(200) for receiving an electric power source.
