PURPOSE: A multipurpose meat roaster is provided to cook the various kind and different thickness of meat with a suitable condition. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose meat roaster comprises a main body, a lower heating plate, a hinge part, an upper heating plate. The upper heating plate is composed of a guide frame(21), a lift frame(23), a rack gear(30) and a pinion gear(33). The guide frame is pulled using an upper plate pulling apparatus(20) towards a lower heating plate. The lift frame is combined in the guide groove(22) of the guide frame to move. The rack gear couples a hook rod(25) to both sides of the lift frame with bolts. The pinion gear operates the rack gear to top and bottom. The pinion gear is installed in a rotary shaft of a reducer connected to a motor. |
