A unit pixel including three transistors and a pixel array including the same are provided to reduce the number of the unit pixels by using the three MOS transistors, thereby reducing an entire area of an image sensor having plural unit pixels. An optical diode generates charges in response to an image signal. A charge transmitter transmits the charge, generated in the optical diode, to a voltage converter in response to a charge transmission control signal. A reset controller(410) supplies at least two different power voltages to the charge transmitter and the voltage converter in response to a reset control signal. The voltage converter outputs conversion voltage corresponding to charges stored in a common terminal of the reset controller and the charge transmitter.
