<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech processing device, a speech processing method and a speech processing program capable of uttering a human voice. <P>SOLUTION: The speech processing device includes: a generation determination information storage control unit 6 for making a storage 5 store utterance error generation determination information which is information for determining whether or not a word generates an utterance error; a character string analysis unit 3 for linguistically analyzing a character string and dividing the character string into strings of words; an utterance error generation determining unit 4 for determining whether or not the word generates the utterance error based on the utterance error generation determination information; and a phoneme string generating unit 7 in which, when it is determined by the utterance error generation determining unit 4 that the utterance error is generated, a phoneme string of the utterance error in accordance with a determined error pattern is created, and when it is determined that the utterance error is not generated, the phoneme string in accordance with the strings of words which are divided by the character string analysis unit 3 is created. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
